Biography

Origins

Very little data is available, but he is known to have been born in Moscow into a Russian-Uzbek (or Ukrainian-Uzbek) family. Inkar insisted that his "first homeland" was not Moscow, but a small town at the junction of time zones, or a village of an unwritten language group that disappeared during reforms (now dissolving like text in the rain). His father is a businessman, a sponsor of MGIMO, and the head of a migrant worker assistance fund. His mother is a primary school teacher and a member of an art collective.
